Salmon is wild caught firm fillets, a distinctive large flake and rich in flavor.  Due to its firm texture, it adapts well to most cooking methods:  Roast, Steam, Sauté. 
 
The fillet is with skin, boneless and is sold frozen. Each package contains one fillet.
