I recently had the opportunity to try Hyderabadi Goat Dum Biryani prepared by Sabiqun Gourmet, made with fresh goat meat from Chops & Steaks. Though I am usually hesitant to try new types of food, I felt compelled to give this dish a try.

Tips for the meat cut at your favorite online butcher shop, Chops & Steaks. Ask the butcher to cut fresh goat meat - biryani cut (medium pieces) from a combination of shoulder, lion chops and hind leg of the goat with fat in-tact with the meat for a flavorful and healthy cooking with natural meat flavors, hence reducing use of cooking oils.
